Voltrack Driver App Terms & Conditions

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and be authorized by your employer or service provider to use the application.

2Purpose of the Application

Voltrack Driver is a professional application that enables drivers to:

• Receive delivery assignments
• Navigate to pickup and delivery locations
• Update delivery status
• Upload proof of delivery
• Communicate with dispatch operations

The application is intended for business use only.

3Driver Responsibilities

By using the application, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws.
• Handle deliveries professionally.
• Update delivery statuses honestly.
• Use the application only while authorized.

You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

4Location Services

The application relies on location services to operate correctly.

You agree that your location may be collected during active working hours for:

• Dispatching
• Navigation
• Live tracking
• Delivery verification
• Operational monitoring

Disabling required location permissions may prevent the application from functioning properly.

5Proof of Delivery

Some deliveries require:

• OTP verification
• Barcode scanning
• QR scanning
• Signature collection
• Delivery photos

Drivers must complete the required verification before marking deliveries as completed.

6Accepting Delivery Offers

Delivery offers are presented to drivers based on operational rules.

The company does not guarantee:

• A minimum number of orders
• Continuous work
• Specific earnings
• Assignment priority

Assignments are managed automatically or manually by the dispatch system.

7Driver Availability

Drivers are responsible for managing their availability according to their assigned work schedule.

Breaks, shift management, and online status may be controlled by the operating company.

8Payments

The application may display estimated earnings or operational payment information.

Displayed values are informational unless otherwise specified by the operating company.

Actual payments are governed by agreements between the driver and their employer or service provider.

9Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders, drivers are responsible for handling collected cash according to company policies.

Voltrack is not responsible for disputes arising between drivers and delivery companies regarding collected payments.

10Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer the application.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Manipulate GPS location.
• Falsify delivery events.
• Share accounts with others.
• Interfere with platform operations.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

11Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Network failures
• Third-party services
• Force majeure events

12Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content related to Voltrack remain the exclusive property of Dyno Tech LLC.

No part of the application may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dyno Tech LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income
• Delivery delays
• Network interruptions
• GPS inaccuracies
• Third-party service failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

14Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Requested by the operating company.
• Required by law.

15Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Dyno Tech LLC operates, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
